The Journey

Qualitative research was the best approach to get at the issues. Focus groups were conducted with participants from the FG quintile. Focus groups were preferred so the client could better connect with the consumer and the stimulus for the new store layouts.

The Results

The research indicated consumer confidence in the brand and the ability of the new design to modernize the brand.
Recommendations were made on managing the roll out of the new logo to ensure consumers are able to associate it with the Radio Rentals brand.
