Ben has over 20 years experience in the market research industry. Prior to joining Ruby Cha Cha, Ben had spent the past 5 years working in the UK with a number of global brands across a range of categories. Ben has also worked with several management consulting firms, including the Boston Consulting Group providing research expertise across various consumer categories. In addition, Ben has client-side experience, working as a Market Research Manager for Zurich Financial Services Australia. Prior to this, Ben spent 8 years working for Market Research suppliers including Taylor Nelson, Sofres, and AC Neilsen.
